Poor customer feedback

I have purchased numerous items over the past few years from Tafelberg. I purchased a dishwasher around three weeks ago and have tried to get the relevant department to issue an invoice with the correct details. Called the sales person I dealt with and he advised me to send an email which has been ignored. Poor customer feedback and I think in future will try another company for my electrical goods.
