Poor after sales service

Reported a defective fridge/freezer that was under warrenty, to Tafelberg furnishers, who logged a call with the SA Bosch/Siemens service centre. Tech arrived 3 days later, just to confirm it is broken and the main control module needs to be ordered from Johannesburg. I followed up after 4 days and was now informed that the module was ordered from Germany! I waited altogether 27 days, and would have waited much longer, had I not threatened them with some serious threats. Eventually the part suddenly appeared and was installed.
