Pathetic customer service

I cannot believe the pathetic service we have received from the store in Hillfox Roodepoort. I had to go into the store 3 times on 3 different weeks to purchase a fridge. On all 3 occasions I was provided with different info. I do not understand how a company can advertise some thing that they never had stock of and it takes over 3 weeks to get stock while your ad is running. Furthermore we receive no feedback unless a physical visit to the store is done. I have paid for my fridge and still waiting for delivery. I keep getting told they are waiting stock and it will come but then I'm told no it's going to take a other week and so on. I am shocked and disgusted at the customer service received. Week 5 and I am still waiting for my fridge!!!!
