Once its sold you're on your own

I purchased a SMEG gas electric oven from them in January and the product was delivered late, without certain parts/ accessories. I tried to raise this issue and was met with little concern. I have continually tried to get in contact with and had to just leave messages for the sales person, Cezlyn to no avail.<br> It seems the attitude there is that once it's out their door, they dont care. They have your money after all....
