No service at all ......

I bought a Hisense fridge/freezer combo. This appliance was loud, too loud so Hisense changed twice. In the entire process, Tafelberg was very ********. No commitment, nothing They also refused to give me my money back. After I chose another fridge, I had to pay an additional amount. Although I initiated a proof of payment by my bank, Tafelberg Furniture told me I have to wait 3 days until the amount is reflected on their account. This is absolutely ********, this is a sh*t service.
