NO Customer communication and don't care attitude !

Bought and paid cash for a Queen size mattress on Friday,14 June 2019 and Joubert the Sales Consultant advised that he would call me on Thursday, 20 June 2019 to advise when delivery would take place. Joubert was called today, 24 June 2019, who at first did not know about the order and after several phone calls, he became very indifferent\bolshie when he was taken to task for not keeping the client in the loop regarding the delay.
