Neglected complaints

Good day After numeriese calls and complaints for more than a month now there is still no help...i only receive smsses that the call has been locked at mastercare but no one has contacted me yet or even follow up on my complaints My Candy washing machine is still under guarantee and started giving problems more than a month ago ..... everytime I phoned Tafelberg meubels to complain and log a call.....nothing happened and no one ever contacted me....i even made a video of the smoke coming out of it.... Eventually Monday my house almost got on fire because of this...it's now completely burnt out and I'm without a washing machine now....yet after telling them this Monday and yesterday still nothing....no technician call or someone to come and pick up the thing or nothing..... nothing nothing nothing I'm really upset and dissapointed in the service and in the end it could have burnt down my house
