Meireles 5 burner gas stove

I purchased a Meireles 5 burner gas stove in 2019 and for the 3 years I had this product, I had to get a technician to come out on numerous occasions to replace a valve as the stove door would not properly close. Instead of me asking for a new product I left it, and now it's happened again and my store where I purchased it gave me the number to the Euro Africa where I spoke to Rebecca who advised me it would cost me R620.00 for the technician to come out and when I asked why did they not just fix it when they were there first time, she says she cant help for that. She also suggested I remove the middle glass to make it less heavy, whereby I asked but isnt there a reason for that glass. She says it's merely for 'asthetics'. I am very upset at this product which I paid alot of money for.
