Making bad remarks about customers

Due to the fact that she helps customers, along with that goes a bad mouth towards consumers,dont think this is good customer service,she is really a bad sales consultant,your customer comes first and clearly the manager even backs her up,doesn't even stand up from his desk to deal with consumers complaints.
