Lack of communication

They can do better by changing courier company which is fastway they are very horrible courier company to use cos and the communication its very poor when they give the order u purchased to courier they don’t communicate they dont send emails or sms you have to keep calling them every day about your delivery and they gonna tell its not their problem cos they gave the order courier company so m not happy with the service
