I purchased a Morphy Richards Bread Maker on 04/04/2015 from Rayno. We followed the exact recipe in the manual on 7 occasions and each time the bread came out a flop. <br> I returned the machine on 14/04/2015 and they replaced it with another machine. The new machine also gave the same problem. <br> I returned the 2nd machine and wanted to buy a Panasonic bread machine instead as the Morphy Richards is obviously faulty. I spoke to the manager, Mark Tonkin to sell me the Panasonic machine for R2000.00 as Hirsh's and Burgers Furnishers sell the machine at that price. He refused point blank and accused me of having a change of heart and that I am the first person to complain. He also pretended there is nothing wrong with the Morphy Richards even though Rayno informed me that there is a problem with the thermostat. <br> He refunded the money and I went to purchase the Panasonic Machine at Hirsh's for R1899.00. <br> It appears the manager do not care whether he makes a sale or not and finds pleasure in degrading his customers. <br> I have been a loyal customer of Tafelberg in Bellville for many years but after this experience, I will not buy from them again. I will tell my family and friends to do likewis
