Immediate response to email

I had an immediate response to my email this morning regarding my fridge that was purchased two and half months ago. I am so impressed that Bosch didn't even hesitate to contact me to let me know that they will be exchanging my fridge immediately. I wanted to say 'thank you' to Zuleika at Tafelberg Furnishers for all her help and the Manager at Bosch Customer Care Services. The customer care service at both supplier and agent is one of *Service Excellence*. Thank you.
