Great Customer service

This is a little belated but i thought I would give it some time. A wile ago, i issued an unhappy complaint due to an issue with an oven and hob that I purchased from Tafelberg. The matter got escalated to the head office quite quickly and I have to say that i think they were phenomenal. They went all out to try assist me keeping in constant contact with me via phone and e-mail. The issues were resolved and subsequently i am a very happy customer...again. Thanks again Tafelberg and Well done on putting your customers 1st.
