Faulty SMEG oven

We bought a nice-looking SMEG oven from Tafelberg Greenpoint branch at the Homemakers Expo in CTICC. <br> <br> A few months after it started giving problems: in the middle of baking or roasting it would start switching on and off by itself. It does it so fast that it looks like flashing. <br> <br> They had sent a technician quickly after I addressed this issue. The technician diagnosed there's something wrong with the brain of the oven and an essential part needs to be ordered from Italy to replace the current one. <br> <br> 5 months later we didn't hear from them. Same problem repeated a couple of times. I complained again, they sent a new technician, who came switched the oven off and back on again, and told us to call the office when the problem appears. <br> <br> Really??? This is what you pay for a upmarket brand like SMEG? <br> <br> I hope I am the unlucky one that has received a faulty product from a ***y brand. But at least sort it out for us please. you know how annoying it is when you want to cook and the oven doesn't cooperate!!
