Faulty furniture, with ridiculous turnaround time

I bought two wingback chairs from Tafelberg Furnishers, which was not cheap. When they were sold to me, the sales person told me that it was Gomma Gomma and the best quality. I was also told that it has a 5 year warranty /guarantee on the frame. What they do not tell customers is that when you encounter a problem, you will wait 21 WORKING days for your things to be repaired.

They collected my chair after having to follow up with them and when they colleted, there was no communication. when i followed up a week later, i was told this information.
