Faulty Extractor!!!!!!!

We purchased a brand new extractor from Tafelburg Hillfox in April, only to find out it’s not working properly.

On numerous occasions we had to take time off work for technicians to fix the extractor, we were then told that the extractor is faulty and a new one will be ordered.

After waiting for almost 3 months we eventually got anoter extractor. An installer was sent to install the new extractor and when he left the extractor was making a big noise. Once agin we have another faulty extractor from Tafelburg.

In addition to all of this distress we experienced bad service on the day of installation.

The most upsetting and frustrating thing I have escalated this to Werner who is the Rep/Buyer and escalated to Client services and have not received any feedback to date.
