Failure to deliver - or even return calls!

They promised to deliver our fridge today but when my husband called this morning to check on this <br> (a) people at the warehouse who promised to call back didn't and then <br> (b) when my husband called back later himself, there was NO record of our delivery at the warehouse and then <br> (c) when my husband was told by the person at the warehouse to call the branch himself, they said they would call back and then didn't.<br> I made special arrangements to be home to take delivery today. I am frustrated with this waste of our time!!<br>
