Excellent Service: Tafelberg Furnishers, Somerset West

Today, 12 Feb. we discovered our deep freezer was not functioning. Due to it's long lifetime, we decided to buy a new one. Since it is Saturday, we struggled to get hold of someone who would deliver the same day.

At about 12h00 we contacted Tafelberg Furnishers, Somerset West, and got hold of a lady, Roewayda Fischer. She promised to speak to the manager and phone back, which she did in 10 minutes time.

She arranged a courier that would deliver the same day. We went in and bought the freezer at a very reasonable price. At 16h00 Anthony, the courier, arrived with the freezer and helped us with the off loading.

What absolutely friendly and helpful these two people are. Seeing that good service delivery is hard to find these days, this is extremely excellent service. I really commend them! Well done!!
