had such great customer service from Ryan Da Silva and his team after my fridge broke. Hisense did not come to light to fix it, tafelberg even offered me a loaner unit, as hisense couldn't be bothered about the fact that I would be without a fridge for alomst two weeks (it was still under warranty and only 18 months old.

Would not buy appliances anywhere else!
