Disappointing Instore Experience at Tafelberg

I went to the Tafelberg Greenpoint store today, where i have shopped many times before and always been well attended to. The Tumble Dryer I wanted was incorrectly priced. R1500 more than the price quoted online. The sales assistant printed out the incorrect invoice so I had a problem with security when I wanted to leave and had to return for a new invoice. The wait at security for someone to come and remove all the protective covering from the appliance to 'check' was at least 15 minutes and there was no one in the store so it wasn't remotely busy. I will certainly not be returning to Tafelberg for appliances again. Really poor customer service.
