Delivery Process is unacceptable

After awesome service from Tafelberg Parklands branch 3 days ago. The delivery process to my parents home in Stanford was an absolute nightmare. It's pointless that sales advisors work so hard and give such amazing service and then the delivery gets mest up and delivered a day later.
