Item was purchased from your stores on 27 February 2015,the plastic piece that holds the glass fell off,spoke to Patricia two weeks ago and she contacted me last week again saying the rep will contact me but nothing has happened to date,i called tafelberg and the her phone isnt answered,just rings and cuts off!!!This is pathetic service
