Cracked brand new tv screen that we didnt even watch.

We bought sansui tv on the 12.12.2017 ,it was the last size and the desplay tv so we bought it cash.While we were busy with the sales person with the transaction another sales guy was packing the tv then he put it by the door 4 us collect after we done paying.They then helped pack the car into our car then we drove home.Two hours after we unpacked it but i noticed a crack then i showed my husband.He swiched the tv on but no image was showing.We then took the tv back on the 13th but they kept it and said some1 wil come and look at it.We got a call a week after and were told that the crack was inflicted by us so there is nothing they can do about it.So plz help bcz we are still waiting on scorpion since we got the call but now its January and scorpion r not helping us.
