Good day. A few months ago i received the such bad service from Tafelbeg Furniture. i bought couches at the shop a year ago. i have informed them that one of the couches just started fade. It was so bad it looked like i have 2 different couches in my lounge. After being sent from one pilar to the next being made broken promises they eventually gave me a couch. The manager called me and i was informed they are offering me R150 voucher for the terrible experience i went through. I mean almost for a month struggling to get what i want a R150 voucher for all the stress emails up and down phone calls i had to made a R150 voucher at a shop that the prices for one couch is almost R12000. Its very sad whet they think of you im not ungrateful but the stress i had to go through for that month and wow here is a 150 for you. Not happy with the service!!!
