BROKEN SAMSUNG TV!!!!!!

Bought a samsung tv from Tafelberg furnishers on the 01.04.2018.....plugged it in black screen etc. Salesman busy running up and down that day trying to assist me "kind-off" but also more interested in helping another person the guy that showed us the tv in the end said check for scrathes on screen ONLY.....tv wasnt switched on for us to see OK it works or not.....today 18.04.2018 they told me that they cannot replace it because the tv fell.....WTH......theres more scratches on the tv that i havnt seen before.....taking this further.
