Bosch Washing Machine replaced - thank you!

We purchased a Bosch 8kg Washing machine from Tafelberg Furnishers in Paarl, late October 2017. At the time, we also purchsed a dishwasher and a three year extended guarantee. The washing machine was ridiculously noisy (certainly not performing within the noise parametres as stated on the machine) and despite numerous visits by the technician to repair the machine, including the replacement of two motors, the noise issue persisted. The point of the post is to acknowledge the efforts Mpho Mabogwane ( Customer Service officer for BSH Home Appliances (Pty) Ltd), and Christina and Mr Dollie from Tafelberg Furnishers in Paarl. Last week Friday our washing machine was replaced with a new model which is the equivalent of our previous machine (which is no longer produced). Thank you to everyone involved - I am hugely grateful, and a very satisfied customer!
