BEST customer service EVER - Tafelberg furnishers, Green Point

<p>I had an old plasma screen TV die on me last week. It was due for a replacement but I never really got round to it.</p> <p>After it died, I was looking at various options and decided to pop into Tafelberg Furnishers in Green Point. Not only was I seen to IMMEDIATELY but I was greeted with smiles all round from every department I walked past. When I got into the television section, again, I had two guys itching to assist me (keeping in mind that this is after 4pm). After a lengthy chat about which TV would best suit my needs, we began to discuss the bracket which I completely forgot about.</p> <p>Instead of just selling me a TV right there and letting me struggle on my own, the gentleman who assisted me suggested that I go back and get the mounting from the broken TV so that we may match it up to another TV in the store.</p> <p>After finding the best TV for the existing bracket (keeping in mind that it is now after closing time which is 6pm), the gentleman waited for me to make sure that I was happy, the cashier was still very happy to stay behind and accept my payment which took longer than it should have because I had exceeded the daily limit on my card. Security even waited for me so that he could assist me in getting the large TV into my car. On top of it all, they issued me with a discount, even after making everyone late!</p> <p>Tafelberg Green Point, you guys are AWESOME. The best staff who are happy to help and go the extra mile, even after hours.</p>
