Bad stock

Bought a defy dac639, it was broken on arrival-the light didn't work. Took 2 weeks to replace after I had to follow up after the technician had to confirm the light wasn't working even though it was within the 7 days. Replacement has a new problem - a fan noise so loud I can hear it from my bedroom. salesperson did everything in their power to stop me getting a different model because I wanted a price match which they say they will happily do. That's a lie. I can't return it because it's after a measly 7 days which is how long took them to send a follow up technician. Next time go to makro. They are cheaper and have a better returns policy.
