BAD SERVICE

<p>Dear Hellopeter. I bought a washing machine about a year ago and had a problem in May this year, then again in August this year and now again. I reported my last problem on 19 September 2016 and got a response from the sales team at Tafelberg on 03 October 2016 to inform me that the agent is booked for the 6th of October. I never heard from them again. On Saturday, 8 October 2016 I went to see them and they arranged for a loan washing machine to be delivered with the promise that my problem will be sorted on Monday 10 October 2016. I am still waiting on them. Could you please assist?</p>
