Bad customer service

Good day - 3rd July 2022 - I purchased my defy microwave - 16 May 2023 - brought microwave in for repairs after, my son was shocked by the microwave when opening the door. - 28 Dec 2023 - brought microwave in for repairs again, my son was shocked again when opening the door.

I requested a replacement / a store credit / anything except receiving the same faulty item back. I was given a long story and told if the item gave me a issues again Tafelberg would get involved and make Defy give me replacement! was my son shocking twice, not enough to warrant a replacement ?
