Bad business

I purchased a Weber and stand at Tafelberg only to be told that they do not have any stock at their branch but will make arrangements for me to receive a Weber from another store asap. They telephoned the next day to tell me my Weber has arrived. When I went to fetch it they told me it never arrived but is on its way. I am shocked at their level of dishonesty telling me I misunderstood. I suspect that in the time I took to collect my Weber they had already sold it to someone else. They were very quick to take my money and had no right to sell my Weber to someone else as it was already paid for.
