Awful service from Tafelberg Northgate

i bought a R6000 Panasonic TV at the Northgate branch and when i was setting it up the screen went haywire. took it back within an hour and they brushed me off with 'you signed for it'. Yes i signed after it was briefly switched on and then waited outside while they put it in box and sent a small man out with it to my car who proceeded to battle and bang while putting it in. They were totally unconcerned and after i complained had a TV repair company that they use supposedly check it out and come back with 'you must have dropped the TV'. which i did not. i will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! and please ppl think twice before buying a Panasonic
