Awful response to guarantee claim -DO NOT BUY HERE

8 months ago I bought a top-of-the-range Russell Hobbs iron that,one day, literally just 'died'. I took it back to the Green Point branch of Tafelberg Furnishers knowing it was still under guarantee and expecting it to be either speedily repaired or replaced. Nearly two months later I am still waiting to get a properly working iron back! It was 'fixed' once and the I had to take the dead again iron back to the store, The after-dales service is just shocking! Lots of excuses, and then promises of action and phone calls that just do not happen. Avoid this shop.
