After Service is Bad

I bought a Samsung top loader washing machine from Tafelberg two years ago there was an issue with the washing machine I could not wait for them to send out a technician of which I had to arrange myself so we purchased a new washing machine in the mean time. This washing machine is less then 3 months old and is giving problems when you call Tafelberg they tell you to call Samsung which is whole process on itself. I feel if you purchase something from Tafelberg they should then assist you repairs etc I did not but the washing machine directly from Samsung. Last time i buy a Samsung washing machine and last time I shop at Tafelberg!!
