Absolutely pathetic service

My two Railtique chairs were sent to Tafelberg Tokai for repairs on 02 October 2014. It is now 02 Feb 2015, 4 months later, and my chairs have yet to be repaired and delivered to me. Not once have they made an effort to contact me or keep me up-to-date. I have had to call each time with much blaming and passing of the buck on their side, followed by hollow promises of \free repairs"and \""free deliver\"" which has not materialised. It's not likely it seems that my chairs will ever be returned. What route do I follow now? Charge of theft??? I am disgusted by their service and will make a point of avoiding them like the plague in future. I will also make a point of spreading the word about them to anyone with a willing ear!"""
