Abismal Service by Tafelberg Furnishers

Purchased a Reclining Chair on 5 Dec. Partial delivery & no set up. Complained and told their Supplier shut till Jan 24. No response and TF agreed to return & refund. After collection a handling fee imposed which I got down to 10% on a R14k purchase before any refund made. Will never venture into this facility again
