A good job done - and a suggestion.

Just had a washing machine delivered today - a painless experience from choosing and ordering machine in shop two days ago, to installation and first run today. The five stars are for the two-man installation team, who handled the installation expertly and also cheerfully uninstalled and took away the very heavy old unit. But Tafelberg, why don't you supply your installation teams with a trolley for moving these heavy appliances around? Admittedly, it wouldn't be a lot of use for carrying them upstairs, but it would save quite a bit of back-breaking work on the level.
