ORDER STILL NOT RECEIVED

I need assistance with information of the owners/creators of this online store. Logged a previous complaint that resulted to nothing. These people are *****ing peoples money by using this "online store" There is no contact number, only email and they DO NOT RESPOND. Now my order magically got lost, so they are sending a new order and provided me with a "tracking number" that doesn't pick up anything. After numerous emails I still do not have information about the courier in order to use the tracking number. My order was to be delivered 16/10/2021 we're at the 21st today, New order is due on 24/10/2021. This will not happen. How is Hello Peter going to assist regarding this issue??? There is many more reviews about this supplier, can we get any help in finding theses responsible??
