TSS management is toxic and the treatment is not the same, the area/regional manager is using his powers in the wrong manner. He putting us under pressure with the workload, the company acquired new sides in JHB/COJ which he was supposed to hire three supervisors for them and he did not. He literally told us he won’t hire people, he said he will use our off days to cover the new sites and emphasised that we won’t even get an increase. He said we are going to cover for three years.
