Technical department incompetance

I have been with tactical for a while, their reaction services are good. the technical side is terrible. 16th Dec I had a new alarm put in. Then I tried to get tactical to come and move their antenna from the old alarm to the new alarm. They missed the first 3 appointments, then sent in technicians who were to scared to touch my alarm. I've had 4 of their technicians here in total and all they have managed to achieve is blow my pgm outputs. it's now been 4 weeks that this is dragging on. They still strike my account, but the antenna is still not connected. The technical director just blows it off. they don't care I'm not protected or that they damaged my alarm.
