Contract Cancellation

<p>The whole entire 9 months I have been harrassed by TRSS about outstanding amounts. then once I've paid I wanted to be send a confirmation of the fact that all outstanding monies have been paid and that my contract with them has been cancelled. it's either the ladies at admin are *********** or they don't understand simple english.</p> <p>Their service is terrible over the three years I've been with them. they installled my alarm incorrectly at first and to get them to sort it out was brought more issues which were eventually resolved after countless times they came to my primises because of false alarms that were triggered by the incorrect installation. Furthermore the company doesn't prompt random alarm checks. Years would pass and they wont bother to check if all is still fine. Talk about customer-centric services hey! ;-o</p> <p>For now... All I want is to cancel their contract and move on!!!</p>
