TDSA PTA

I ordered 5 articles from the Centurion Branch on the 10th of December 2018 of which most of the the articles said 3-7 working days for shipping( showed all in stock). Almost 2 weeks later I still haven't received any of the ordered stock. After phoning them they promised that they will give me feedback the next day, still waiting till now. Really can it take this long to courier stock.
