Goods Paid for over a month ago - NOT Received

Prepaid for goods over a month ago. Keep getting told I can't get my goods from the Centurion store because the head office is not releasing the stock. Each time I call the branch I am told that with in a few days I will receive the goods, but this is now over a month and nothing has been delivered. Don't expect that branch to call you and update you, as this expectation is non-existent !!

TDSA Head Office if you have any interest in providing some form of customer service, then please give me the goods I paid for against order number 19989.
