Complaint

I bought 2 Rifle Safes on the 10th of August in their Centurion branch and paid R12000 including delivery. I never received those Safes, they kept on lying to me, giving me empty promises when I phoned them about the delivery date. They are now ducking and diving, they don't give me the straight answer. Can anybody assist me here? They deserve a zero rating.
