Digusting Service

<p>My son heard about their agency through a friend who also registered with them and had the same experience. My son app**** to go work on a ship. We had an interview with them at their offices.They asked us to complete the forms , attach photos , get police clearance and they requested R3000 for their registration fee. Once all of that was done they then requested a further R7000 for the visa which we then paid. She then told us that the paper work is almost done and that he needs to have the medical done with their doctors which will cost R4000 which again we paid. Everything seemed above board but then she kept on pushing the date that they were suppose to leave further and further, making all sorts of excuses. My brother then sent me an article of them in the paper where she was arrested for ***** in another province. I then called her and told her that we would like to withdraw from the programme. She told me that my son would need to get an affidavid and she will need to send it to the cruise ship to cancel which i think was a load of ****. she told me that it would take 90 days to get a refund. Its being over 6 months and she doenst repsond to the whats app messages. I called her today,she was very rude and arrogant. she told me that the refund cannot be transferred to my account and that she needed my sons account. She never mentioned that once to me until today. When I asked how long the refund will take she started shouting and told me to just send the bank details and dropped the call. I dont think that anyone should use them or transfer any money to them because they are definitely running a ****. Her name is Chantal Jonker and their offices are based in central durban.</p>
