Overall Poor Service

I went to Tacozulu on Saturday 7 Feb 2015, for Supper and Drinks. We waited about 30 mins after ordering for our first order of drinks to come. We proceeded to order our food( 2 pizzas) which took over an hour to arrive. as well as the order didn't include our added topping we asked for. After notifying the Manager Marcelo only to get a response saying \I don't want to hear the complaints of what had happened
