HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TACK MAGIC!!

Dealing with Tack Magic in Bethlehem has been a complete nightmare!! in June 2014 I ordered a saddle set from them that was supposed to include polyurethane saddle pad inserts. The saddle pad has \pockets"that the inserts go into to protect the horses' back from pressure. But it was not included in the package. I then let Emmerencia know about the problem and she assured me that it would be fixed. Every few weeks I would inquire about the inserts and she would give me some excuse : either she forgot to order from the overseas supplier or something along those lines. After MONTHS of waiting I started becoming impatient"
