No service

I purchased a product from Tac Shac and the product did not fit on my specifically named item. After i told the owner, she just said that it is not her problem and she will not refund or give me any other product as replacement. I send the useless items back to the company on my own costs because i could do nothing with it. The purchase price was more than R2000 and the owner does not even reply on my request at all anymore. This is the worse service ever and no client service at all.
