Tac Net APU rude staff

We are having major problems with the security at Tac Net APU parking in front of our complex gate. When you ask them to move they get rude and when you phone the office you get the general response "we will talk to the staff" but they keep parking there. They are not even the security at our complex so they have no need to park there.
