Tablo.io (Ebook Platform, Perth, Australia)

Dear Sir / Madam

I am a retired professional, aged seventy-four. Having lost my spouse through Breast Cancer, I have become an Author. My second book, entitled FROM ROMANIA WITH LOVE was launched on the Tablo.io platform beyond halfway in December 2019. The m****cript plus the cover only featured and/or appeared on the Tablo platform on the 23rd December 2019. The tarif or subscription was around R1450 per year (AUD versus ZAR needs to be taken into account ito international exchange rate fluctuations.) Following two years of my book being on the system - I have taken a decision to have the ebook removed from the Tablo platform. Reason: Regretably, I confirm there were NO SALES over the two year period. Information: I have sent appropriate emails to the Helpdesk as well as the CEO, Ash Davies - however, there has been no response to date from Tablo. My request for help: I would like a technical publisher from Tablo in order to help me in removing my book within the parameters of the Tablo system. This request is based on the premise that NO PART of my ebook may be "compromised and/or damaged" during such removal. NB: (1) I do not have a master copy, due to my laptop being damaged through repairs. (2) I do not have the expertise with respect to Information Technology and its applications. (3) I would like the "removed ebook" to be redirected to myself via the email which is provided below.
